Rolf Monteiro – Group CEO
Rolf was the founder and CEO of BeliMobilGue.co.id in Indonesia, that grew into a business showing 20-fold increase in value growth since inception, opening up 57 locations across 4 cities in Indonesia and hiring 400+ employees within 26 months time.
Before that, he ran iCar Asia (Indonesia- Mobil123.com) – the leading car marketplace in Southeast Asia. Prior, he was CEO at LivingSocial Southeast Asia / Indonesia, where he built and led the ~110 individual team in Jakarta. Rolf also launched Groupon in Netherlands and built the business in the UAE. Rolf is firmly rooted in Indonesia, being raised mixed Dutch- Indonesian with both his parents born on Java as well as having an extensive history of sports- & business related adventures since 1989. ‘Blessed with a German wife, two young daughters and a ton of entrepreneurial enthusiasm, we feel very much at home in Asia and specifically Indonesia. To roll out a dominant South-East Asian automotive platform this time around excites us. We start in its largest market first- utilizing Indonesian learnings, network and experience.’
Renso Bek – Investor and Group CTO
Renso is ex-CTO & Co-Founder of Redhotminute, a Digital Agency with 120FTE founded in 2000. Among his clients were Kia Motors Europe, Pon (Audi/VW), Louwman (Leading Used Cars Dealership) and Kleyn Trucks (Largest Truck Distributor in The Netherlands). Renso still holds an advisory board seat.
He is also founder and CTO of Promodomo/Altum Ai, a business that is looking to disrupt the European real estate market through a similar auction-based platform using Machine Learning.
Alex Alvin – VP of Business Development
Alex was responsible for setting up BMG’s marketplace, trading 10,000+ cars and build highly engaged nationwide dealer network. Previously held leadership positions at major Indonesian FMCG & Tech companies, including Permata Bank, PT LG Electronics Indonesia, Livingsocial.co.id, MatahariMall.com.
Faisal Aswar – VP of Customer Success
Faisal is ex Co-founder and Head of Contact Center / Customer Experience at BeliMobilGue.co.id. He built BMG’s Contact Center of 70+ people from scratch, including set up of all systems, execute around 5000 calls per day. Previously held leadership positions at other Indonesian tech companies such as Livingsocial.co.id, Mobil123.com & Deliveree.com
